Zusammenfassung

Dahlbäck et al. [1] berichteten über das verminderte Ansprechen auf aktiviertes Protein C (APC) in einem aktivierten partiellen Thromboplastinzeit-Test (APTT) als Ursache familiärer Thrombophilie. Dieses Phänomen wurde als APC-Resistance (APC-R) bezeichnet und wird als Quotient (Ratio, RS) der APTT mit APC und der APTT ohne APC-Zusatz im Calciumchlorid angegeben. Als Ursache dieser APC-R wurde eine Punktmutation (Leiden) im Gen des Faktor V von Bertina et al. [2] beschrieben.
