Zusammenfassung

Die Rekonstruktion posttraumatischer Weichteil-defekte der Fußsohle ist technisch anspruchsvoll und schwierig. Im Gegensatz zur Haut an anderen Körperregionen toleriert die Fußsohle aufgrund der besonderen anatomischen Struktur ihrer septierten Unterhautschicht, auch über einen längeren Zeitraum, schadlos Druck- und Scherbelastungen. Sind tiefe Weichteildefekte in der Belastungszone der Fußsohle entstanden, muß durch Gewebetransfer über den Wundverschluß hinaus eine protektive Sensibilität und physiologische Dauerbelastbarkeit erreicht werden.
