Résumé

Le travail a pour but analyser, sous le double point de vue de la faute professionelle et du dédommagement, un cas de paralysie oculaire survenue suite à une intervention de polypectomie avec évidement ethmoidal. Une diploplie persistante de Poil gauche a en effect déterminé le début d’un contentieux judiciaire au cours duquel fut plaidée la responsabilité du chirurgien dans l’apparition de la paralysie oculaire.
