Abstract

As members of the medicolegal profession we closely watch the jurisdiction regarding the doctors duty to inform the patient. We have taken the trouble to compile and analyze the relevant precedents from former years. Also, one of the most important tasks of medicolegal instruction and post-graduate education is to acquaint the students and the doctors with the latest state and trends of the judicature.
