Medico-Legal Evaluation of Drug Addiction. Prospective Study

Abstract

The new law of consumption and possession of drugs (Decree 15/93 of 22/1), especially mentions the necessity of performing medico-legal examination of the suspects. Two articles assume the examination: art. 43° and 52°.
