Zusammenfassung
Angiodysplasien sind Gefäßmißbildungen, deren Ätiopathogenese noch immer unklar ist. Sie sind charakterisiert durch ektatische Gefäße in der Submukosa mit Ausbreitung in die darüberliegende Mukosa. Im Frühstadium finden sich histologisch diktierte, große gewundene, submuköse Venen mit geringer Dilatation ihrer nachfolgenden Venen in der Mukosa. Das Spätstadium ist durch eine Zunahme der Gefäßdilatation und extensiver Verdrängung der Mukosa durch Bündel diktierter dünnwandiger Venolen und Kapillaren gekennzeichnet [2] (Abb. 4.1).
