Abstract

Six patients (four women, two men, aged 41–65 years) with histologically proven primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) underwent 1.5-T MRI examination. T1-weighted, T2-weighted and gadolinium-DTPA-enhanced images were obtained. All patients had follow-up studies. PCNSL may show a spreading pattern and cerebrospinal fluid dissemination in addition to the already known features.
