Zusammenfassung
Transplantatschrumpfungen, polsterförmige Lappen und verdickte Narben können postoperativ stören und die Beurteilung hinsichtlich von Rezidiven beeinträchtigen. Die Kenntnis der Dauerkompression bei der Verbrennungsnarbenbehandlung führte zur Erweiterung der Indikation: So kamen verschiedenste Möglichkeiten der postoperativen Kompressionsbehandlung zur Anwendung. Durch deren gezielten Einsatz konnten die postoperativ nicht erwünschten Veränderungen beeinflußt werden. Wir haben deshalb bei Patienten, bei denen eine rein manuelle Kompression nicht ausreichte, mit verschiedensten Druckanordnungen gearbeitet.
