Zusammenfassung
Die Elimination von Mikrometastasen ist das Ziel adjuvanter Therapiekonzepte bei kolorektalen Karzinomen, wobei eine frühzeitige Detektion dieser Zellen zur Entscheidung für eine weitere Therapie nützlich wäre. Schlimok et al. [5] konnten für kolorektale Karzinome erstmalig zeigen, daß Mikrometastasen im Knochenmark dieser Patienten mit hoher Frequenz detektierbar sind und deren Auffinden prognostische Relevanz zukommt [3], obgleich Knochenmetastasen klinisch selten auftreten. Hingegen ist das Rezidiv am häufigsten in der Bauchhöhle lokalisiert. Aus diesem Grund haben wir in unserer Studie die Suche nach disseminierten Tumorzellen vergleichend in der Bauchh6hle und im Knochenmark durchgeführt.
