Zusammenfassung

Die präoperative Eigenblutspende ist ein wirksames Verfahren zur Reduzierung des Fremdblutbedarfs in der elektiven Chirurgie [6, 7]. Mögliche Gefahren wie die Übertragung von Infektionskrankheiten und immunologische Komplikationen werden dadurch gemindert.
