Zusammenfassung
Eine interessante Herausforderung in der Gesichtschirurgie stellt die Rekonstruktion der Perialarregion dar. Die Wahrung der ästhetischen und funktionellen Einheit von Wange, Nase und Lippen gestaltet sich außerordentlich schwierig aufgrund der vielen topographischen Untereinheiten und der nur minimal frei verfügbaren Haut. Die erfolgreiche Defektdeckung und Rekonstruktion ist sehr wichtig, da die zentrofaziale Region im Blickpunkt des Gesichtes liegt. Die Technik der sog. „versteckten“ Nahlappenplastik, durchgeführt in einer einzeitigen Operation, ermöglicht zum einen herausragende kosmetische Defektrekonstruktionen, zum anderen funktionell exzellente Ergebnisse.
