Abstract
When considering the establishment of a commercial soilless-culture unit, date or tests are required for determination of geography and climate conditions including yearly charts of:
-
day length,
-
light-energy average, minimum and maximum,
-
temperature average, minimum and maximum,
-
precipitation type and amount,
-
windspeed,
-
humidity,
-
possibility of extraordinary weather conditions — hail, heavy storms, etc.
