Zusammenfassung
Die Methodik Thrombozyten zu aggregieren und ihre Verhaltensweisen in vitro zu beobachten geht zurück bis in das Jahr 1962, eingeführt von Born [1]. Cardinal u. Flowers [2] beschrieben 1980 eine Methode, die diese Untersuchung auch im Vollblut möglich machte. 1984 komplettierten Ingerman-Wojenski et al. [3] die Vollbutaggregation durch Darstellung und Messung der ATP-Sekretion im Vollblut.
