Zusammenfassung

Operationsverfahren unterschiedlicher Radikalität mit Entfernung des Uterus und der Adnexe werden bei benignen und eventuell mit Lymphadenektomie bei malignen Erkrankungen des inneren weiblichen Genitales durchgeführt. Die Radiotherapie, meist kombiniert als perkutane und intrakavitäre Strahlentherapie, bleibt malignen Erkrankungen vorbehalten.
