Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zur Kernspintomographie sind konventionelle Röntgenbilder im Prinzip einfach zu verstehen: Die Helligkeit des jeweiligen Objekts wird durch die Parameter der Röntgenstrahlung und durch Dicke, Dichte und Atomzahl des Gewebes bestimmt. Ähnlich sind die Verhältnisse bei der Computertomographie: Je höher die Elektronendichte ist, desto heller ist das Bildvoxel.
