Zusammenfassung
Aus der Klasse der Zytokine werden verschiedene Substanzen bei unterschiedlichen Anwendungsbereichen zur Therapie des Mammakarzinoms angewandt. Neben einem palliativen Einsatz von TNF-α zur lokoregionären Therapie, wobei Erfahrungen mit intraperitonealer, intrapleuraler und peritumoraler Verabreichung vorliegen, erschien es sinnvoll, Zytokine in Kombination mit Zytostatika systemisch ebenfalls zur palliativen Behandlung beim metastasierten Mammakarzinom einzusetzen. Dazu wurde TNF-α zusammen mit Epirubicin intravenös mit oder ohne subkutane Gabe von IFN-α appliziert.
