Zusammenfassung
In großen Restaurantbetrieben (z.B. Mensen, Kantinen) sind oftmals innerhalb kurzer Zeit große Mengen an verschmutztem Geschirr zu spülen und anschließend in geeignete Ablagen einzusortieren. Die Trennung der Einzelkomponenten (Besteck, Teller, Tassen) und der daran sich anschließende Spülvorgang lassen sich heute weitgehend automatisieren.
