Indikationen und Möglichkeiten der operativen Behandlung bei akuter Pankreatitis

Zusammenfassung

Die akute Pankreatitis ist gekennzeichnet durch ein abdominelles Schmerz-und Spannungsgefühl meist gürtelförmig beidseits in den Rücken ausstrahlend, verbunden mit einer Erhöhung des Serumamylase- bzw. Serumlipase-gehaltes. Nach morphologischen Kriterien wird zwischen einer ödematös -interstitiellen und einer nekrotisierenden Verlaufsform unterschieden. Das klinische Korrelat zu diesen Formen der akuten Pankreatitis ist in ca. 90% eine milde, konservativ zu therapierende Verlaufsform und in etwa 10% eine schwere Verlaufsform, die in einigen Fällen chirurgisch behandelt werden muß.
