Zusammenfassung
Seit Juni 1984 wurden in Bonn nur noch virusinaktivierte Gerinnungsfaktorpräparate verwendet. Trotzdem wurden 1990 8 Hämophilie-K-Patienten in Bonn (6), Göttingen (1) und Frankfurt (1) mit HIV-1 infiziert. Nach eilends durchgeführten Untersuchungen kam nur eine bestimmte Charge eines Gerinnungsfaktorpräparats als Infektionsquelle in Frage; denn nur mit dieser waren alle infizierten Patienten behandelt worden, und niemand, der eine andere Charge erhalten hatte, ist infiziert worden. Außerdem konnte nur in der verdächtigen Charge p24-Antigen nachgewiesen werden [1].
