Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag wird ein neuer Weg zur Berechnung von Ereigniszeitpunkten und Pufferzeiten in Netzplänen mit Fuzzy-Intervallen vorgestellt. Er bietet gegenüber den bisher bekannten Fuzzy-Netzplan-Verfahren den Vorzug, daß die Definitionen aus deterministischen Netzplan-Methoden einfach übertragen werden können.

Summary

In this paper, we present a new method for determinating starting dates and slack times in project network models with fuzzy intervals. Compared with the wellknown fuzzy network techniques in literature, the new approach has the advantage, that all the definitions of classical network procedure may easily be extended.
