Zusammenfassung
Eine Planungsaufgabe für den Betreiber eines Telekommunikationsnetzes besteht in der Ermittlung von wirtschaftlichen Investitionsprogrammen. Der Gegenstand des vorliegenden Beitrags ist ein lineares Mehrperiodenmodell zur Anpassung bestimmter Investitionsgüter an den sich im Zeitablauf entwickelnden Bedarf. Bei der Analyse denkbarer optimaler Lösungen dieses Modells werden Interdependenzen zu anderen Planungsrechnungen des Netzbetreibers deutlich.
Abstract
The identification of economical investment programs is a planning exercise for a telecommunications network operator. The subject of this paper is a linear model over a number of periods for matching specific investment goods to developing demand. The analysis of conceiveable optimal solutions of this model reveals interdependences to other planning-related calculations of the network operator.
