Zusammenfassung
Die Lockerung zementierter TEP hat häufig eine ausgedehnte Zerstörung der knöchernen Acatabulumstruktur zur Folge (Emerson et al. 1989; Paprosky et al. 1989; Harris et al. 1977). Durch die große Höhlenbildung und Beckeninstabilitäten wird das knöcherne Widerlager für einen TEP-Wechsel verschlechert (Trancik et al. 1986). Durch ein Allograft läßt sich eine Defektfüllung mit einem biologischen Ersatz erzielen (Gross et al. 1985). Die Untersuchungen von Mankin zeigten, daß bei knöcherner Integration des Allografts im Empfänger gute Langzeitresultate erwartet werden können (McGann et al. 1986).
