Thorakoskopische Tumorchirurgie

Summary

12 patients with single peripheral lung lesions underwent thoracoscopic resection. Median size of the lesions ranged from 1 to 4 cm, localisation was 6 times in the right upper lobe, 4 times left upper lobe, 1 time left lower lobe, and 1 time in the right middle lobe. Histology revealed tubercolomas in 5 cases, 1 hamartoma, 1 fibrosis, 4 times carcinomas and 1 time unclear. In 2 cases of carcinomas (79 year and 76 year old male) subsequent thoracotomy was not performed. Postop. complications occurred 3 times (pneumonia, atelectases, skin emphysema). There was no letality.

Zusammenfassung

Bei 12 Pat. haben wir die thorakoskop. Resektion von peripheren Lungenrundherden versucht. Die Größe variierte von 1 – 4 cm, die Lokalisation war 6 × re OL, 4 × li OL, 1 × li UL, 1 × re ML. Die histolog. Befunde ergaben 5 × Tuberkulom, 1 x Hamartom, 1 × Fibrose, 4 × Carcinom, 1 × unklar. Bei 2 der Carcinome (79jähriger u. 76jähriger Pat.) wurde auf die sonst anzuschließende Thorakotomie mit Lobektomie u. Lymphknotendissektion verzichtet. Die postop. Komplikationen betrafen je 1 × Pneumonie, Atelektase, Hautemphysem. Kein Patient verstarb.
