Zusammenfassung
Kanten liefern nicht nur die Grundlage für das manuelle Navigieren in Hyperkollektionen, sie können — sofern sie geeignet deskribiert sind — auch für das automatische Retrieval gewinnbringend verwendet werden. Ein spezieller Ansatz zur Berücksichtigung von solchen Kanten wird aufgezeigt. Vor allem wird gezeigt, wie existierende Kantenbeschreibungen mit Hilfe von Relevanzrückkoppelungsmethoden verbessert werden. Diese Verbesserung wird nachgewiesen durch Experimente auf einem Hypertext und die Resultate werden diskutiert.
