Das Ovarialkarzinom

Zusammenfassung

Die Mikroarchitektur des Dysgerminoms wird typischerweise von einer dichten zellulären Stromareaktion bestimmt, welche auf eine aktive Immunantwort gegenüber den Tumorzellen hinweist. Während bei dem wesentlich häufigeren Seminom eine immunhistologische Charakterisierung der tumorinfiltrierenden lymphoretikulären Zellen (TIL) bereits erfolgte [1], wurde das Dysgerminom des Ovars dahingehend noch nicht untersucht.
