Zusammenfassung
Die Immunszintigraphie wird definiert als eine radio-immunologische Methode zum szintigraphischen Nachweis von zellgebundenen (z.B. tumorassoziierten) Antigenen und wird bei onkologischen Fragestellungen zur Detektion okkulter Tumorrezidive bei ansteigenden Tumormarkern (CA 125 beim Ovar- ialkarzinom) und im Therapieverlauf (Restaging nach Chemotherapie) eingesetzt [3].
