Zusammenfassung
Aufgrund der dynamischen Regulation des Blutdruckes ist es nicht überraschend, daß durch telemetrische Langzeitmessungen des Blutdruckes Hochdruckkranker nachgewiesen werden konnte, daß es im Verlauf alltäglicher körperlicher und emotionaler Belastungen zu ausgeprägten Blutdruckanstiegen kommt, die weit über das Ausmaß des Ruheblutdruckes, aber auch des Belastungsblutdruckes normotensiver Personen hinausgehen [4, 47, 48, 49, 68, 69, 73]. So beschrieben Bachmann et al. [4] das Verhalten von 20 Hochdruckkranken, deren mittlerer Stehdruck von 163/103 mmHg schon beim Spazierengehen auf 214/112 mmHg und beim Treppensteigen in den 4. Stock sogar auf 240/126 mmHg anstieg. Das Ausmaß dieser Blutdruckanstiege wird besonders dann deutlich, wenn man zum Vergleich die Werte des Normalkollektivs beim Spazierengehen und Treppensteigen mit 144/87 mmHg bzw. 169/93 mmHg betrachtet. Ein von Brodt et al. [8] durchgeführter Rechenstreß an essentiellen Hypertonikern führte zu einer Blutdrucksteigerung von 185/111 auf 218/132 mmHg, wogegen das normotensive Vergleichskollektiv nur mit einer Steigerung von 126/76 auf 138/87 mmHg reagierte
