Zusammenfassung

Bei ca. 90–95% der Basaliom-Patienten ist durch eine primäre adäquate Therapie eine Heilung zu erzielen. Im multifaktoriellen Vergleich der verschie denen Behandlungsverfahren besitzt die chirurgische Entfernung dabei die meisten Vorteile. Zu diesen zählen neben der kurzen Behandlungsdauer, kosmetisch günstige Narbenverhältnisse und die Möglichkeit zu einer dreidimensionalen feingeweblichen Untersuchung des gesamten Tumorareals.
