Programmierte ovarielle Stimulation mittels Ovulationshemmer-Vorbehandlung in einem in vitro Fertilisations(IVF)-Programm

Zusammenfassung

Die aufwendige Infrastruktur eines IVF-Programms wird organisatorisch erheblich entlastet, wenn die erforderlichen speziellen Leistungen des andrologischen, endokrinologischen, sonographischen sowie die des IVF-Labors regelmäßig werktags während der üblichen Arbeitszeiten, wenn also die größten Kapazitäten bereitstehen, erfolgen können. Ein idealer IVF-Therapiezyklus sollte daher so organisiert werden, daß am Montag die Ovulation ausgelößt, am Mittwoch die Follikelpunktion (FP), und am Freitag der Embryotransfer (ET) durchgeführt werden kann.
