Zusammenfassung

Bei dem C.A.S.H. -Verfahren der pelviskopischen oder abdominalen Hysterektomie (1) stanzt man zunächst die Endozervix aus und setzt anschließend den Uterus suprazervikal ab. Damit wird der Ursprungsort späterer Karzinomentstehung entfemt. Nur bei ausgedehnter Erythroplakie ist eine zusätzliche flache transvaginale Messrekonisation erforderlich.
