Zusammenfassung

Eine traumatische Verletzung der Leber im Rahmen eines Unfallgeschehens ist in ca. 20% der Abdominaltraumen nachzuweisen. Zunehmende Bedeutung erlangen jedoch auch Verletzungen der Leber durch diagnostische Eingriffe, wie Punktionen, Biopsien, perkutane Gallengangsdarstellung und Drainagen.
