Abstract
These papers and discussions clearly show that in different countries different aims have been or are being pursued in the national regulations governing pressure vessels. Whereas, in some cases, the protection of employees and goods is aimed for, in others the objectives encompass wider considerations in the protection of the surroundings and environment.
Zusammenfassung
Die Referate und Diskussionen dazu haben ohne jeden Zweifel deutlich gemacht, daß in verschiedenen Ländern mit den nationalen Regelungen für Druckbehälter unterschiedliche Zielsetzungen verfolgt worden sind oder noch verfolgt werden. Während in einem Fall der Schutz von Beschäftigten und Wirtschaftsgütern erreicht werden soll, sind im anderen Fall die Ziele viel weiter gesteckt im Hinblick auf den zusätzlichen Schutz der Nachbarschaft und der Umwelt.
