Zusammenfassung

Die Dissemination von klonogenen mikrometastatischen Tumorzellen ist der bestimmende Faktor der Langzeitprognose operierter Tumorpatienten und das eigentliche Problem der Metastasenchirurgie [2]. Die Einführung der monoklonalen Antikörper eröffnete die technische Möglichkeit, disseminierte Tumoreinzelzellen mit hoher Sensitivität nachzuweisen [3, 4, 5].
