Abstract
Dermal toxicology is a huge topic including dermal reactions after acute and chronic exposure. This paper, however, will mainly focus on non-immunological dermal reactions after acute exposure. Dermal effects might be due to local injury after skin exposure or may be signs of systemic poisoning regardless route of exposure or a combination of both.
