Zusammenfassung
Eine Striktur ist eine abnorme Verengung einer röh renförmigen Struktur, wie sie etwa das Anorektum darstellt. Solche Verengungen lassen sich nach Ätiologie, Lokalisation, Länge und Ausmaß einteilen. Sie können das Ergebnis eines malignen oder benignen Prozesses sein [3]. Maligne Läsionen können von innen oder von außen wirken, abhängig davon, wo der Primärtumor lokalisiert ist. Im Lumen befindliche Läsionen werden durch Analkarzinome oder Rektumtumoren verursacht, während von außen wirkende sowohl bei Männern als auch bei Frauen hauptsächlich Folge urogenitaler Tumoren sind.
