Zusammenfassung

Die Bonner Rehabilitationsstudie (REHA-Studie Bonn) zur Erfolgskontrolle stationärer Heilmaßnahmen bei Erkrankungen mit psychischen und sozialen Einflußfaktoren hat eine empirische Analyse von Erfolgskriterien und ihrer Vorhersagemöglichkeiten geliefert. Die Studie geht auf einen 1982 formulierten Auftrag des Verbandes Deutscher Rentenversicherungsträger (VDR) in Frankfurt zurück, bei dem folgende Fragestellung zu beantworten war: „Können — zuverlässig und relativ leicht erhebbare — psychische und soziale Prädiktoren gefunden werden, die, zusätzlich zu den somatischen Befunden, eine Prognose über den Erfolg einer stationären Heilbehandlung gestatten? Lassen sich — zuverlässig und relativ leicht erhebbare — psychische und soziale Indikatoren feststellen, welche bei bestimmten Patientengruppen die Notwendigkeit zusätzlicher psychotherapeutischer Maßnahmen im Rahmen allgemeiner stationärer Heilbehandlungen anzeigen?“
