Zusammenfassung

Unreifzellige (= akute) Leukämien werden primär nach morphologischen Kriterien diagnostiziert. Der zusätzliche Einsatz zytochemischer Färbemethoden erleichert die Differenzierung (Tabelle 5.1). Die Immunzytologie (Abb. 5.1) bildet den dritten Eckpfeiler in der Diagnostik unreifzelliger Leukämien. Ihre Stärke liegt vor allem in der Differenzierung von ALL und AUL (Tabelle 5.2). Bei AML stellt sie eine zusätzliche Methode zur Klassifikation der Erkrankung nach immunologischen Kriterien dar (Tabelle 5.3).
