Zusammenfassung

Die einfachste Methode zur Korrektur aphaker Augen stellt die Brillenkorrektur dar. Hierbei sind erhebliche Nachteile für das blickende Auge in Kauf zu nehmen, die z.T. auf die Beeinflussung des Hauptstrahlenganges, z.T. auf Aberrationen zurückzuführen sind. Die ideale Korrektur erreicht man mit der intraokularen Linse. Die Gestalt der Linse sowie der Linsenflächen ist für die Abbildungsqualität unerheblich. Die Anwendung einer Bifokalbrille oder Gleitsichtbrille in Verbindung mit dem pseudophaken Auge ist der Korrektur mit multifokalen intraokularen Linsen überlegen.

The easiest method of aphakic eye correction is the correction by glasses. In this case considerable disadvantages for the glaring eye have to be taken into account, which result partly from influencing the main path pf rays and partly from aberrations. The ideal correction is achieved by the intraocular lens. The shape as well as the surfaces of the lens are unimportant for the quality of the optical images. The use of bifocals or sliding view spectacles in connection with the pseudoaphakic eye is superior to the correction with multifocal intraocular lenses.
