Trigeminal Schwannoma

Abstract

Schwannomas arising from the intracranial portion of the trigeminal nerve are rare. Jefferson classified these tumors into three types: tumors mainly in the middle fossa, predominantly posterior fossa tumors, and tumors with significant components in both middle and posterior fossae.
