Abstract

The two main ethical problems in molecular genetic studies of mental disorders are:

  1. 1.

    the development of ethical and legal principles and

  2. 2.

    control over their proper use. To solve these problems, one should proceed from the free and unique nature of personality, guaranteed by moral and legal norms of the society.
