Abstract

Users learning an operating system (for example a text editor) have difficulties acquiring knowledge from results of selfmade activities within the task solution. Therefore two assistence forms for users were varied: learning strategy (learning from worked-out examples vs. learning by doing) and setting of the learning goal (with external setting vs. without external setting). Experimental results prove the efficiency of both assistence forms.
