Zusammenfassung
In der Diskussion um die Behandlung geschlossener Humerusschaftfrakturen gab es stets mehr Argumente für die konservative Behandlung. Der Respekt vor dem N. radialis einerseits, aber auch der in den letzten Jahren mehr in Gebrauch gekommene Brace sind dafür überzeugende Argumente.
