Zusammenfassung
An der Universitäts-Frauenklinik Graz wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut für klinische und molekulare Virologie der Univ. Erlangen 40 operierte Zervix-karzinome und 220 regionäre Lymphknoten virologisch untersucht. Mittels South-ern-Blot-Technik wurde nach HPV-16-DNA gefahndet. Bei 28 HPV-16-positiven Primärtumoren konnten 19mal Lymphknotenmetastasen nachgewiesen werden, 12 HPV-16-negative Tumoren wiesen 3mal Lymphknotenmetastasen auf.
