Zusammenfassung
Der Insulin-like growth factor I (ÏGF-I) gehört zu einer Gruppe von Peptid-Faktoren, die an der autocrinen/paracrinen Regulation der ovariellen FolHkelreifung teilnehmen. In zahlreichen Studien konnte die Granulosazelle als Ort der IGF-I-Produktion, Rezeption und Aktion identifziert werden [1]. Dabei fördert IGF-I die Zellreplikation sowie -differenzierung und verstärkt die Gonadotropin-induzierte Steroidogenese. Diese Arbeit untersucht mögliche Funktionen von IGF-I in der Interaktion benachbarter Follikel im Ovar. Dabei sollen untersucht werden: 1. der Effekt von IGF-I auf die follikuläre Sekretion von Steroidhormonen und 2. eine Follikeldominanz-erhaltende oder Follikelatresie-induzierende Wirkung von IGF-I.
