Zusammenfassung
Zahlreiche Untersuchungen haben ergeben, daß die Ovarialfunktion auch durch die Wachstumsfaktoren Insulin-like Growth Factors (IGFs) reguliert wird. Die IGFs stimulieren die Zellproliferation und die cAMP-abhängigen, sekretorischen Funktionen der Granulosazelle. Sowohl die lokale IGF-Produktion als auch die Präsenz spezifischer IGF-Rezeptoren sind an der Granulosazelle nachgewiesen worden. Im menschlichen Granulosazellsystem sind bezüglich der autokrinen/ parakrinen Wirkung der IGFs nur spärliche Informationen bekannt.
