Oxytocinwirkung auf den Alanin- und Glukosetransport in der isolierten Meerschweinchenplazenta

Zusammenfassung

Yudilevich [4] konnte nachweisen, daß der Glukosetransport in der isolierten Meerschweinchenplazenta durch Prostaglandine gehemmt wird. Eigene Untersuchungen zeigen dies auch für den Alanintransport [2]. Diese Hemmung wirkt sich hauptsächlich auf den, von Carstensen und Leichtweiß beschriebenen [1], natriumgekoppelten CO-Transport durch die Trophoblastenmembran aus.
