Zusammenfassung

Bei der Verwendung hochdosierter Gestagene in der second-line Hormontherapie des Mammakarzinoms sind als klinische Nebenwirkungen u. a. glukocorticoidartige, sog. „diabetogene“ Effekte mit einer Inzidenzrate von 10–15% beschrieben.
