Zusammenfassung

Projektmanagement in der Softwareentwicklung wird in der Literatur (z.B. <4>, <7>, <8>) häufig auf die organisatorischen oder administrativen Aspekte reduziert. Es wird versucht, die Verwaltung der Ressourcen (Zeit, Hilfsmittel, Personal) durch Methoden und Hilfsmittel hinsichtlich Planung und Steuerung effizienter zu gestalten. Meine Erfahrung aus der Praxis zeigt, daß die Überbetonung dieser Art des Projektmanagements in der Softwareentwicklung eher hinderlich denn effizienzsteigernd ist.
