Zusammenfassung

Es hat einige Unklarheiten gegeben über die Lokalisation einer Obstruktion im unteren Harntrakt bei kleinen Mädchen, bei denen man Enuresis, einen schwachen oder unterbrochenen Urinstrahl, rezidivierende Zystitis oder Pyelonephritis oder bei sorgfältiger Untersuchung einen vesikoureteralen Reflux diagnostiziert. Aus empirischen Gründen hat man sich bei der Behandlung hauptsächlich auf den Blasenhals konzentriert. Die meisten dieser Kinder zeigen jedoch statt einer Blasenhalskontraktur eine angeborene distale Harnröhrenstenose mit sekundärem Spasmus der quergestreiften Muskulatur des M. sphincter ure-thrae.
