Zusammenfassung
Bei Erkrankungen der Nebennieren bestehen charakteristische körperliche Veränderungen infolge der Hormonstörungen, durch Druckgefühl im abdominellen Bereich oder durch Schmerzen aufgrund der vergrößerten erkrankten Drüsen. Die Diagnose läßt sich mit Hilfe entsprechender Hormonbestimmungen und des lokalen Untersuchungsbefundes stellen (Abb. 22.1).
